What You'll Do:

Perform expert diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers, and radiant in-floor heating.
Handle commercial HVAC projects as needed, such as rooftop units, to support our diverse client base.
Provide exceptional customer service, explaining issues and solutions clearly to build trust and loyalty.
Work independently or collaborate with our tight-knit team on larger jobs, ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For:

7+ years of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician – you know your stuff inside and out!
Proven expertise in residential systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and radiant heating) – must-have!
Bonus points for commercial experience, especially with rooftop units.
Valid HVAC certification (EPA 608 preferred) and a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities – you're the face of our company!
Must have valid drivers license with no driving or traffic violations.
