Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and certified 25-ton Crane Operator with a valid CDL to join our construction and heavy equipment team. This role involves operating large cranes and various heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with construction site equipment, mechanical systems, and commercial driving, contributing to successful project completion while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

Operate 25-ton cranes .
Safely lift, move, and position materials including concrete mixers, water trucks, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, farm machinery, and tanker units.
Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and machinery to ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate with site managers and team members to execute lifting plans accurately.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage and maintenance needs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and construction regulations to prevent accidents or injuries.
Assist with setup and teardown of crane operations at various construction sites.

Experience

Proven 10 years experience operating 25-ton cranes with a valid CDL license.
Construction site experience is highly preferred, especially involving heavy machinery operation.
Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment such as Caterpillar machinery, dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and tankers.
Experience with commercial driving including operation of front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and other large vehicles.
Familiarity with concrete mixers and farm machinery is a plus.
Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety procedures diligently.
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects requiring expert crane operation combined with broad mechanical skills in a dynamic construction environment.

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
