Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and mechanical systems across residential and light commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, safety, and energy efficiency. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable discussing replacement options with homeowners when repair is no longer the best solution.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and service agreements.
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and control system issues.
Educate customers on equipment condition, efficiency, and available options.
Properly use the Pricing Guide - Service Titan Mobile App.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years HVAC service experience preferred.
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters; experience with equipment repair and maintenance is essential.

Pay details

Hourly rate.
Bonus program paid on a monthly basis.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
