Job Summary
D & K Solutions is seeking reliable Construction Technicians to join our growing Manufactured Housing Contracting Company. We are looking for people who are trained for Concrete Finishing. Construction Technician will participate in all phases of concrete construction for the installation of manufactured housing and will report directly to the Concrete Construction Crew Lead. We are looking for a well rounded person who can not only do concrete, but has other construction qualities and skills that can be used in other part of the company. Decorative/Stamp Concrete finisher is definitely a plus. Also, any past or present Foreman/Leader of crews would also be one other quality that we are looking for but not required. Our Company located in Chatsworth, New Jersey. We have a core group of business located throughout NJ but we also travel at times within the trip-state area. Responsibilities

Follow construction schematics to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various tasks related to concrete work.
Decorative Concrete Finisher (Stamp Concrete) Very Helpful
Perform concrete forming tasks to create molds for pouring concrete.
Utilize hand tools for mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces.
Assist in restoring existing concrete structures and surfaces as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Experience

3 years concrete experience
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
Crew Leader experience is welcomed if available but not required
Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in construction and concrete work is essential.
Knowledge of reading schematics related to construction projects is beneficial.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
