Ridg-U-Rak is currently seeking MIG Welders for 2nd Shift at our North East, PA Manufacturing facilities. Ridg-U-Rak is one of the largest pallet rack and storage rack manufacturers in North America.

These positions pay a competitive starting base pay plus piecework.
Average piecework incentive can be at minimum 30% or more per hour.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be able to MIG weld.
Performs MIG Welding on storage rack frames and beams.
Must have the ability to apply welding techniques and operate welding equipment.
Able to read weld symbols, blueprints and perform set-ups.
Must be familiar with measuring instruments.
Ability to read and understand written instructions in order to maintain quality production standards.
Attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
Responsible for assuring all safety equipment is in place and being properly used.
Dependable and punctual.

Education:

High School or Equivalent
Welding Certificate or Equivalent

4-10s -2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am

or Monday -Friday 3pm-11pm

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
