Job Summary

Schepers Concrete is a growing, family-owned concrete construction company specializing in commercial, industrial, and municipal concrete projects throughout Michigan. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple concrete construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concrete construction projects simultaneously.
Review plans, specifications, and contracts.
Coordinate project schedules with field superintendents and foremen.
Communicate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and inspectors.
Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Track project costs, budgets, and profitability.
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Attend preconstruction meetings and jobsite progress meetings.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
Support field operations by providing resources and removing obstacles.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout every project.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction project management experience (concrete construction preferred).
Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing budgets and project schedules.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience with project management software is a plus.
