Experienced HVAC Technician / Installer

American Heating & Air Plus, LLC is hiring experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join our growing team serving Lake Geneva, Walworth County, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
Work on furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, mini splits, heat pumps, and rooftop units
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Complete work safely and efficiently
Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications

Minimum 4-5 years HVAC experience preferred.
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Strong troubleshooting and/or installation skills
Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday–Friday
Overtime available

Pay:

$30–$45/hr for experienced technicians based on experience, skill level, certifications, and ability to work independently.
