Job description

Are you a skilled welder/fabricator with a passion for working on big iron? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We are looking for a Shop Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team as a heavy equipment company specializing in repairs, modifications, and custom builds.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on heavy equipment components (buckets, frames, booms, etc..
Weld all types of metals (Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum).
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
Fabricate custom parts and structural assemblies from raw steel and components.
Use a variety of tools including torches, grinders, and saws.
Assist with rebuilds, wear part replacements, and structural repairs.
Complete all required paperwork in a timely and concise manner.
Follows all safety policies and procedures
Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
Maintain high standard of Ethics and Dependability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (heavy equipment or industrial preferred)
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards
Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols
Experience with shop machinery (press brake, shear, drill press, etc.)
Team player with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.
Welding certifications are a plus, but not required.
Work independently.

Pay is competitive and based on experience

MUST be able to relocated within 30 days of accepting a job position.
