Journeyman Plumber - MUST HAVE MA JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER LICENSE

We are a small, well established local plumbing company that has been in business for 20 years. We are growing & seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential plumbing & heating installation, maintenance, and repair, as well as good customer service skills.

Remote work is an available option.

Responsibilities may include

Install, service & troubleshoot plumbing and mechanical systems
Daily Site cleanup
Complete work as designated with safety in mind. Ensure OSHA and company standards are met at all times
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
Foster a good working relationship with town and municipality plumbing inspectors
Supervise and train apprentices
Manage productivity and profitability on all jobs
Proven ability to work as a team or independently

Qualifications

Journeyman Plumber license is a must
4 years proven experience as a plumber
Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems
Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly with a great deal of patience
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift 75 lbs, work in awkward spaces
Valid Driver's License

Salary and Benefits

Salary in the range of $25 - $45 Depending on Experience
