Headquartered in beautiful Hill Country, we're launching a new plumbing service company in Dripping Springs, TX, built around collaboration, quality service, and long-term growth. Our founder has 30 years' experience as builder and developer, with a wide range of industry contacts and strong marketing expertise--bringing in business, building relationships, and creating growth opportunities. We're looking for a Responsible Master Plumber to partner with at the ground level and help grow a first rate team, someone who values a supportive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, a commitment to excellence, and cheers for the successes of each member.

-The owner has rental housing available very close in Dripping Springs if needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

-Lead and oversee plumbing operations, ensuring quality and compliance with all Texas plumbing codes.

-Supervise and mentor apprentices and journeymen as the team grows.

-Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform plumbing repairs, installations, and upgrades.

-Represent the company well with professional appearance, clean-cut image, and customer-first service.

-Proactively recommend options as solutions to maximize value on each service call while prioritizing customer trust.

-Ensure all work meets safety standards and client satisfaction.

-Collect payment and a review at the end of each service call.

-Maintain your van and tool kit in optimal condition.

-Work with management to streamline scheduling, efficiency.

-Participate in weekly training and strategy meetings to drive growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

-Active Texas Responsible Master Plumber License with residential experience (required).

-Strong leadership skills and willingness to guide a team.

-Professional, clean-cut presentation and communication skills

-A motivated mindset to maximize sales averages and grow the company.

-Excellent customer sensitivity and service, reliability, and integrity.

-Excitement about building a successful company and leaving your mark.

-Experience with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, drain line replacement, well and rainwater collection systems.

-Valid driver license with good driving record, pass background check and drug screening

-Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time, work in various temperatures and in small spaces
