Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Master HVAC Technician to manage our HVAC department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as experience in appliance repair and field service. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems efficiently. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with HVAC equipment.
Perform refrigerant recovery and charging in compliance with environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot electrical components and controls related to HVAC systems.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems.
Familiarity with refrigerant handling, appliance repair, and welding techniques is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Must have Master HVAC license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
