Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw aluminum and stainless steel sheet metal into precise, high-quality custom projects. Your expertise in fabrication techniques, machinery operation, and quality inspection will ensure that products meet strict specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
Operate a variety of machinery including CNC laser cutters, press brake machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and electrical discharge machining equipment to shape and form sheet metal components
Use hand tools and tooling to assemble, weld, Grind and polish parts according to project specifications.
Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, precision measuring instruments, and visual checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Maintain safety standards by operating forklifts and cranes responsibly while adhering to all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members during assembly processes to ensure seamless integration of fabricated parts into larger systems or products.

Skills

Proficiency in blueprint reading
Grind and polish stainless and aluminum
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly.
Skilled in welding TIG
Familiarity with machining processes such as drilling, tapping, and threading using hand tools or machine tools.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators for quality inspection.
math skills for measurements, calculations, and understanding technical specifications.
Knowledge of sheet metal properties and fabrication techniques including tooling setup and maintenance.
Experience operating forklifts and cranes safely within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
