Skilled Carpenter

Brief Description:

Looking for a Skilled Carpenter with a desire to perform all aspects of construction & carpentry frame to finish. Looking for someone who is dependable and driven to grow. We are a general contractor that self-performs all carpentry, excavation, and labor tasks. Looking for someone with both finish and framing experience and capable of performing task without consistent supervision to a high quality standard. Position will consist of both residential and commercial construction from frame to finish. Position will range from remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, entire houses to building new construction garages, additions, homes, and commercial buildings. (2A/1C license is beneficial).

Salary/Benefits:

+/- $25.00 per hour depending on experience/benefits required.
Benefits offered include: PTO & holiday pay after 6 months.
Incentive based with the opportunity to grow with the company.
Company tools.

Tasks/Requirements:

MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE & RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION.
5+ years of carpentry experience.
High school diploma.
Must have your own set of hand tools to bring to the job.
Must be willing to drive up to an hour outside of Wrentham, MA for jobs.
Must be able to lift 50 – 100 pounds without assistance.
Must have knowledge of construction tools & materials.
Must have a desire to learn new tasks and grow with the company.
Must take direction & work well with others.
Must be on time every day.
Daily tasks will include general carpentry work from frame to finish & excavation.
Frame, sheetrock, all interior finish carpentry, exterior trim, siding, roofing, cabinetry installation, stair framing/trim, windows, doors, tile, demolition, gutters, insulation, flooring, punch list, general clean-up/organization, excavation etc. All aspects of construction.
