Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician and become a vital part of ensuring comfortable, safe, and efficient environments across diverse properties. Duties

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment (including ammonia refrigeration), boilers, and ventilation systems.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Perform plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as drainage and water supply connections.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repair tasks when necessary.
Assist with appliance repair and property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R equipment.
Operate a driver vehicle safely to transport tools or equipment between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.

Experience

Proven service technician experience in HVAC or related mechanical fields with a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems.
Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or upgrades.
Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design principles.
Knowledge of refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration processes is highly desirable.
Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and equipment repair is essential.
Field service experience demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently.
Prior work involving appliance repair, property maintenance, or facility management is a plus.
