Job Overview:

Wireless Construction is seeking an experienced Crane Operator who would be responsible for operating mobile, hydraulic, or lattice boom cranes to lift, move, and position materials safely and efficiently. This role requires technical skill, situational awareness, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate cranes to lift, move, and place materials on construction or industrial sites throughout New England and beyond if/as needed
Interpret load charts, lift plans, and site drawings
Conduct daily crane inspections and maintain equipment logs
Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors
Ensure all lifts comply with OSHA, ANSI, and company safety standards
Set up cranes, outriggers, and rigging equipment properly
Monitor ground conditions and adjust operations as needed
Report equipment issues or unsafe conditions immediately

Qualifications

Certified Crane Operator (NCCCO or equivalent)
Must be able to operate in different states
Massachusetts hoisting license preferred but not required
Minimum 3–5 years of crane operation experience
Must be able to pass a DOT physical to hold DOT medical card
Proficiency with hydraulic, rough‑terrain, or all‑terrain cranes
Strong understanding of rigging, signaling, and lift planning
Ability to work in varying weather and site conditions
Excellent communication and safety awareness

Pay range: $28-$40 per hour, experience/skill based
