Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have experience in appliance repair, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service. This role involves diagnosing and repairing various household appliances, providing exceptional customer service, and working efficiently in the field.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers,
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs and maintenance on appliances.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
Operate a box truck for appliance delivery and pick-up as needed.
Assemble appliances on-site when required, ensuring all components are correctly installed.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is essential.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC is highly desirable.
Previous field service experience is an advantage, particularly in customer-facing roles.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment repair issues effectively.
Experience driving a delivery vehicle or box truck is beneficial.
