Duties

Install water softening systems according to schematics, technical specifications, and industry standards
Conduct system start-up, testing, and calibration to ensure optimal performance
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on installed units and related plumbing components
Collaborate with maintenance team to coordinate installation schedules and site preparations
Maintain detailed service records, installation logs, and safety documentation throughout each project

Skills

Construction background with experience in plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, or appliance repair
Proven service technician experience with field service operations in residential or commercial settings
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and pipe sweating
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a driver preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions accurately
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively
