We are seeking experienced Lattice Boom Crawler Crane Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for safely operating cranes during oilfield rig moves, loading and unloading heavy equipment, and supporting rig-up and rig-down operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical awareness, a commitment to safety, and experience working in fast-paced oilfield environments.

Key Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic and lattice cranes to assist with rig up/down and rig equipment handling.

Load, unload, and position heavy equipment safely and efficiently

Work closely with pushers, riggers, rig crews, truck drivers, and supervisors during rig moves

Perform all inspections required pre and post operations.

Ensure all lifting operations follow company and industry safety standards

Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance records

Assist with general rig move duties when crane operations are not required

Follow all OSHA and company safety policies

Qualifications

2+ years crane operating experience in rig moving mandatory.

Valid CDL Class A

NCCCO certification or equivalent crane certification preferred

Experience with hydraulic cranes and lattice boom.

Strong understanding of load charts and safe lifting procedures

Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel if required

Must pass MVR and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Climb on equipment and work around heavy machinery
