What You'll Do-

Conduct in-home consultations with qualified residential customers
Build replacement estimates and present clear options
Educate customers on financing
Recommend premium HVAC systems
Track performance and pipeline in ServiceTitan
Work closely with install and service for seamless execution

Your job is to educate, guide, and close with integrity.

Who We're Looking For-

Proven in-home B2C closer
HVAC or home improvement experience preferred
Strong consultative selling skills
High ownership mentality
Growth-driven and competitive
