$32.50 - $35.00/hour starting ($32.50 - $41.00/hour full range) + quarterly bonus potential
Rotating Monday-Friday shift (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues inside control panels, drive systems, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and sensors.
Preventive Maintenance: Interpret manuals, engineering specs, and blueprints to complete scheduled PMs, changeovers, and work orders.
Utilities Maintenance: Maintain, startup, shutdown, and test boilers, air compressors, and refrigeration systems.
Machining & Fabrication: Safely operate shop tools (lathes, mills, grinders, drill presses) and perform welding/metal fabrication.

Requirements

Education & Experience: High school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of industrial equipment repair experience.
Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings; basic math proficiency; electrical troubleshooting (Arc Flash trained).
Physical & Environmental: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in conditions ranging from 0°F to 100°F and damp environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Food/beverage manufacturing experience, PLC controls troubleshooting, and advanced welding skills.
