Compensation: $100,000–$140,000 (based on experience)

Position Overview: we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Construction Estimator / Project Manager / Site Superintendent to join a growing construction team in Western New York.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience with the ability to accurately estimate projects, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee field operations from pre-construction through project completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Pre-Construction

· Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and site visits.

· Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze labor, material, and equipment costs.

· Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.

· Prepare and present bid proposals.

· Conduct post-project cost reviews to improve estimating accuracy.

Project Management

· Manage projects from award through closeout.

· Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.

· Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and clients.

· Oversee change orders, RFIs, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and safety regulations.

Site Supervision

· Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure quality workmanship.

· Maintain safety standards and enforce site policies.

· Conduct site meetings and coordinate trades effectively.

· Address field challenges and maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction estimating and/or project management experience.

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost controls.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

· Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
