Our client, a manufacturer of waste heat recovery systems and known for their engineering excellence and custom energy efficient solutions, seeks a Production Welder & Assembler to join their successful team!

Responsibilities

Work under Job Task Supervisors on various assembly and production welding tasks
Assemble and weld components for heat recovery systems
Progressively trained on pressure vessel welding certifications
Follow structured procedures with all tools, materials, and safety equipment provided
Expect a balance of manual labor, technical welding, and quality-focused output
The successful candidate must have prior welding (certified A+) experience

Monday through Fridays 7:00am to 3:30pm

Competitive hourly compensation, Benefit offering to include: Health/Dental (50/50 split) 401k 50% Match up to 4%, Profit Sharing (eligible after 1 year of employment and based on company performance. Vacation (up to 2 weeks/accrual base and usable after 90 days of employment) 7 Paid Holidays, Flex Plan, Uniforms provided (7 - daily rotation). Reviews (90 days, 6 months, and annual with wage increase potential)

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
