We’re looking for high performing install leads who are ready to level up and grow with Georgia’s fastest growing air conditioning company. This role is built for someone who can confidently oversee installation processes, interpreting schematics and HVAC design plans, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Duties

Lead and coordinate HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality execution
Interpret technical schematics, HVAC design plans, and mechanical drawings to guide installation procedures
Supervise field service activities related to air conditioning, refrigeration systems, boilers, and appliance repairs
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards, including proper use of tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment
Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting complex mechanical issues involving ammonia refrigeration and HVAC/R systems
Conduct property maintenance assessments related to HVAC systems and coordinate necessary repairs or upgrades
Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment repair techniques, welding procedures, plumbing connections, and maintenance best practices

Requirements

1+ years experience in HVAC
Pass a background check and drug screening
Entering attics and crawl spaces to assess systems, using a ladder on a regular basis
Attend company training and classes
Ability to lead and provide guidance to install team
