This is a leadership position in the field — owning production execution, client experience, and profitability on residential painting projects.

You will be the primary onsite representative of Equipped Painting — the eyes, ears, quality control leader, and hospitality ambassador on active projects .

Compensation Package

Base Salary:
$50,000 annually (growth potential to $60,000 based on performance and responsibility expansion)

Performance-Based Incentives:

Gross Profit Commission on all completed projects you support or manage
Commission on upsells & change orders secured during projects
Incentives 5-star Google review mentioning you by name
Client video testimonial captured at closeout
Commission on qualified lead you help generate that results in a scheduled estimate

What You’ll Be Responsible For1️ Production Leadership & Quality Control

Lead job start meetings with crews
Ensure materials, access, staging, and readiness
Monitor daily progress and quality standards
Perform mid-project and final inspections

2️ Client Communication & Hospitality

Provide daily updates and progress photos
Maintain calm, professional communication
Address concerns quickly and solution-first

3️ Operations Coordination

Sync daily with our Operations Manager
Confirm scheduling and crew assignments
Keep CRM and documentation accurate

4️ Revenue Growth

Identify value-add opportunities
Secure change orders and upsells
Track upsells for commission eligibility

5️ Final Walkthrough & Closeout

Lead final walkthroughs
Ensure touchups are complete
Secure reviews and testimonials

Daily Expectations

Review job schedule and priorities
