Job Summary
KCK Builders is a leading commercial framing/drywall/GC company specializing in high-quality framing and drywall installation across the country. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our efforts in securing and executing federal contracts across the country. This role will be pivotal in expanding our presence in the federal sector, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Duties

Lead full project lifecycle: precon, buyout, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change orders
Build and manage schedules; drive look-ahead planning with superintendents
Select, contract, and manage suppliers
Oversee daily field operations at multiple sites.
Hire field crews, run crews and manage Project Engineers
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
Maintain strong client communication and steward long-term relationships
Produce clear documentation: RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, project reports

Qualifications

7-10+ years of commercial construction PM experience (ground-up and/or TI)
Must have federal construction experience. Core of Engineers, NAVFAC....
Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
Advanced computer skills; proficiency with Excel, Procore, and MS Project
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Established network of subcontractors and customer relationships preferred
Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Professional certifications such as Associate Constructor (AC), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are a plus.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
