A growing general contractor specializing in multi-family construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in exterior building envelope repairs. The position requires significant experience in high-quality multi-family construction, including management and supervision. The ideal candidate would be highly reliable, a team player, possess good communication skills in both English and Spanish, represent our company well, and have years of experience in the trades.

Job Responsibility overview:

· Oversee on-site operations of all assigned construction projects through the project superintendent or foreman.

· Maintain quality control throughout the life of project(s).

· Maintain a safe, clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations

· Manage, train, and direct onsite manpower to ensure efficient, high-quality work

· Oversee project construction budget and schedule.

· Help achieve the company's targeted margins

· Actively participate in change order processing

· Establish and maintain excellent client communications with the homeowners, architects and construction managers.

· Maintain plans, specifications, as-builts and accurate construction documentation.

· Prepare a daily job log of all events, including personnel present, weather conditions, visits by owners, inspectors, architects, subcontractors, and any other pertinent information.

Desired Qualifications:

· 3 years of Project Management experience plus trade experience

· Understand how to read and interpret blueprints.

· Bilingual (Spanish)

· Driver’s License

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.

· Extraordinary leadership, communication and team-building skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
