Farmer Focus’s mission is to promote and protect generational family farms by shifting farm-level decision-making and chicken ownership back to farmers and empowering them to farm the way they know is best. Who We Are and What We Do

Responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks and special projects. Repairs, installs, and adjusts machinery and equipment, performing parts replacement, routine and preventative maintenance.

Perform routine preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth Fabricate simple to complex equipment and repair work, weld mig, tig, and stick – galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum. Operate and maintain fabrication equipment. Tests malfunctioning machinery and discusses with maintenance team to diagnose malfunction. Assists with the installation of new and existing equipment. Assists with the necessary repairs of equipment, property, and the building. Assists other maintenance personnel in the repair, modification, and construction of equipment. Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment. Maintains assigned equipment and follows preventative maintenance schedule.
