The Role & Responsibilities

Project Execution: Execute expert installations, repairs, and maintenance across both residential and commercial projects.
Logistics & Inventory: Take ownership of your mobile workstation by maintaining a fully stocked van. You will be responsible for managing inventory and generating accurate material lists to ensure jobs stay on schedule.
Project Planning: Read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics to ensure all layouts meet project specifications and local codes.
Team Synergy: Coordinate effectively with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and construction crews to ensure seamless project completion.
Digital Management: Use Housecall Pro to document customer relations, manage your schedule, and maintain high levels of field organization.
Physical Integrity: Safely perform heavy lifting and manual tasks associated with large-scale plumbing and remodeling work.

Qualifications

Licensing: Valid NH Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
Expertise: Strong background in site work, residential service, new construction, and commercial plumbing.
Organization: Proven ability to manage inventory and logistics independently.
Leadership Drive: A desire to take on more responsibility and lead a team in the future.
Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a clean driving record, and a tech-forward mindset.
