Job Summary
Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a skilled Residential/Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman license (or restricted license) and has experience installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both homes and commercial facilities

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and piping (water, waste, and gas)
Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine layout and installation requirements
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues; provide cost-effective solutions
Perform new construction rough-in and finish plumbing tasks
Service and inspect backflow preventers, water heaters, and boilers
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Communicate clearly with customers and project managers regarding work scope, timelines, and any changes
Maintain accurate job documentation (work orders, time sheets, materials used)
Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working conditions
Service- on call rotation

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Plumber license preferred; Restricted License accepted
Minimum 3 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Ability to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly and work in confined spaces
Clean driving record and insurable under company policy
Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
