What You'll Do

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across district buildings
Respond to and troubleshoot hot/cold calls
Perform preventative maintenance according to established schedules
Repair/replace valves, motors, controls, switches, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, and other system components
Document work in our CMMS system (Maximo)
Assist with snow removal during winter months (snow blowers, tractors, shovels)
Work in accordance with OSHA and district safety standards

What You Bring

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Technical/trade school training or completed apprenticeship
5+ years of related commercial/industrial HVAC experience
Required licenses: MA Refrigeration License, MA Pipefitters License, RSES License
Strong controls experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work some nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for coverage

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs regularly (occasionally 40 lbs), and work in varying temperature conditions.
