Service plumbing systems in multi-family properties and residential units. Independent, experienced techs who thrive in apartment and condo environments. Includes a light on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair plumbing in residential and multi-family properties
Handle leaks, stoppages, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and piping
Communicate with property managers and tenants
Ensure code compliance and document work
Participate in a light on-call rotation to respond to urgent issues

Requirements:

5+ years plumbing experience
Multi-family property experience a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills
Professional communication skills
