The GOAT Heating & Cooling is a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC company. We are looking for a dependable, organized full time office team member to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly on the phone, detail oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced service environment.

This is an in-person role. You’ll be the hub between our customers, techs, and management. Must be available Mon-Fri until 6pm

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer phone calls and texts
Schedule service calls and maintenance visits
Manage and organize the daily service schedule
Register HVAC equipment warranties
Collect past due invoices and follow up on unpaid balances
Send invoices, estimates, and maintenance reminders
Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
Maintain customer records and job notes
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling phone calls professionally
Organized and detail oriented
Basic computer and email skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
HVAC or home service industry experience is a plus, but not required

ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar software experience
