We are seeking a skilled Electrical Journeyman - Commercial/Civil Infrastructure to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure successful execution of electrical installations on assigned projects. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and team members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards within commercial and civil infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and mentor electrical crews on job sites.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily tasks and workflow to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance of the crew.
Maintain accurate jobsite records, including timesheets, material usage, and progress reports.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, general contractors, and inspectors.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installation or maintenance.
Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are available and in good working order.
Manage all material orders and processing.
Promote and enforce a strong culture of safety and accountability.
Ability to work in outdoor and indoor conditions.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of electrical construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices.
Proven ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
