Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher and Painter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing drywall in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in various environments.

Duties

Measure and cut drywall sheets to fit designated spaces accurately.
Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings using appropriate tools and techniques.
Tape, mud, and finish drywall seams to create a smooth surface ready for painting or other finishes.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in trim carpentry, airless paint spraying, masonry, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
Experience with door hanging, construction painting, metal stud framing, frame carpentry, stucco application, and knowledge of the restoration industry will be considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively.

Pay: $21.77 - $23.00 per hour
