We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Residential & Commercial HVAC Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Kerrville- Fredericksburg). Duties

Engage in proactive outside sales efforts to identify new business opportunities within the residential and commercial HVAC markets.
Manage existing accounts while developing new client relationships through strategic business development initiatives.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate clients on HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage territory sales activities, and maintain detailed customer records.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns to expand territory coverage.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering solutions, and upselling additional products or services when appropriate.
Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory management plans, and market analysis to maximize growth potential.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technology sales within the HVAC or related industry.
Demonstrated success in managing territory sales and generating leads through cold calling and direct outreach.
Strong skills in negotiation, account management, and customer service with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and managing customer data.
Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell additional solutions to meet client needs.
Excellent analysis skills to assess market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning.
Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
