Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including remodeling, restoration, and new construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, and construction with the ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Experience in the restoration industry, roofing, masonry, or plumbing is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require technical expertise and attention to detail.

Duties

Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing work
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Operate hand tools, power tools.
Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, and roofing materials.
Execute water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, and stucco applications
Handle heavy lifting tasks safely during construction or restoration projects
Apply caulking, painting, drywall finishing, and other surface treatments.
Follow safety protocols on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in construction, carpentry (including trim and framing), or related fields
Strong knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks regularly
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Prior experience with remodeling or renovation projects is required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $25.68 - $30.92 per hour
