Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher/Form Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, with the ability to perform various tasks related to the finishing of concrete surfaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. The Concrete Finisher will play a crucial role in ensuring that all concrete projects meet the highest standards of durability and aesthetics. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and equipment.
Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as needed throughout the project site.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate concrete mixers and other finishing equipment.
Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and best practices for finishing surfaces.
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
Experience in tile laying, drywall installation, carpentry, or metal stud framing is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on job sites.
Commitment to safety practices and protocols in all aspects of work.
Transportation required (Driver License)
