John Rohrer Contracting Company, Inc has an immediate opening for a Construction Project Manager to play a critical role in growing our Denver, Colorado office. This person will work closely with clients and be responsible for execution and successful completion of all project initiatives in Colorado. As Project Manager you will provide coordination between the field superintendents, owner representatives and the John Rohrer Contracting executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Keeping Organized Project Documentation
Develop and Maintain Project Schedules
Assembling & Issuing Project Submittals
Maintaining As-Built Drawings / Specifications
Estimating of Change Orders & pricing
Coordinating with Engineering Representatives
Assembling & Issuing Material Purchase Orders
Issuing Subcontracts and Coordinating Subcontractors
Assembling & Issuing Timely Applications for Payment
Monitoring & Tracking Project Costs
Assembling & Issuing Requests for Information
Assembling & Issuing Closeout Documentation

Requirements and Qualifications:

3-5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred. Ideally with a variety of project types with emphasis on structural concrete restoration and protection
Strong organizational and project administration skills
Ability to make decisions under deadlines and manage to a contract schedule
Demonstrated leadership abilities along with an open and willing attitude and eagerness to grow
Ability to negotiate and develop positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors
Communication skills are critical, with evidence of developing good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and management team
Valid driver’s license
Bachelor's degree Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred
Adept computer skills - Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, P-6 (preferred)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (40-50 hours per week)

Work Location: In person (not remote) in Denver, Colorado.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, performance incentive to include performance bonus, profit sharing and employee stock ownership plan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
