Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reconstruction Estimator/Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex restoration projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive project success through precise estimating, effective negotiation, and comprehensive project management. Duties

Prepare accurate and detailed construction estimates utilizing tools such as Xactimate or Symbility estimating software, ensuring all costs—including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services—are thoroughly accounted for.
Lead negotiations with clients. insurance adjusters, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing that align with project budgets and objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide successful project execution from start to finish.
Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Manage change orders, contract modifications, and scope adjustments efficiently while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress closely, implementing cost control measures to prevent overruns and optimize resource allocation.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and project continuity.
Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, estimates, contracts, change orders, and progress reports for transparency and future reference.

Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating with proficiency in Xactimate or Symbility estimating software.
Strong background in construction management or project management within the restoration or heavy construction sectors.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation tactics that lead to cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Hands-on construction site experience that provides a solid understanding of field operations and safety standards.
Familiarity with Eagle View or Hover
Knowledge of contracts, scope development, cost control strategies, and pricing methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
