Kaminer Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC CSR / Dispatcher who knows how to run a service board efficiently and professionally.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone who understands the pace and demands of the HVAC industry and can step in with minimal training.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound service calls with confidence and professionalism
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
Prioritize calls based on urgency and profitability
Manage daily service board and technician routing
Communicate clearly with technicians and customers
Maintain accurate notes, job status updates, and follow-ups

Requirements:

Prior HVAC dispatching experience required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm during peak seasons
Working knowledge of service software (FieldEdge preferred)
Professional communication skills
