ArDan Construction is hiring a Residential Construction Project Manager in North Phoenix, Arizona to lead high-end remodel and custom home build projects from pre-construction through completion.

This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, superintendents, and overall field performance to ensure projects are delivered at a world-class level.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

Oversee multiple residential construction projects from start to finish
Lead and support Superintendents, Apprentices, and field teams
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Manage project schedules and budgets
Ensure jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professional standards
Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal leadership
Drive revenue, margin, and gross profit performance
Maintain strong production systems and accountability

This role requires strong residential construction management, leadership, scheduling, and budget control experience.

Required Experience

Previous experience as a Superintendent (required)
Experience advancing from Apprentice Superintendent to Superintendent strongly preferred
High-end remodel or custom home build experience preferred
Leadership training (U the Leader / Conquest or similar) preferred
Strong organization, communication, and decision-making skills
Comfortable using construction management software and technology
Extreme ownership mindset with strong accountability
