Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Superintendent specializing in Concrete Coatings and Polishing to lead and oversee high-quality construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain excellent communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Your expertise will drive project success by managing schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of concrete coatings and polishing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Manage day-to-day field operations for concrete coatings and polishing crews
Schedule jobs, coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project requirements and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress, changes, or issues while managing expectations effectively.
Ensure all work adheres to industry standards for concrete finishing techniques including surface preparation, coating application, polishing processes, and pipeline schematics when applicable.Skills
Proven experience in construction management with a focus on concrete coatings & polishing projects.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams efficiently on busy construction sites.
Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards along with the ability to enforce safety protocols consistently.
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
Experience with contracts management and understanding of construction law principles.
Excellent management skills with a track record of supervising multiple teams across complex projects.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
