AC Warehouse is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician and a qualified Service Supervisor to join our growing team. We proudly serve Manatee and Sarasota counties, along with parts of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

We are looking for experienced professionals who can confidently diagnose and repair HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. We also offer an attractive on-call schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
Manage time effectively to stay on schedule
Work in confined and sometimes hot spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment as needed
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
(Supervisor Role) Provide leadership, technical guidance, and support to service technicians

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and repair skills (must be able to diagnose and repair independently)
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a company van
Strong communication and leadership skills (especially for supervisor role)
Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
