In this hands-on role, you’ll help restore vehicles after accidents—turning damage into clean, road-ready repairs that meet factory standards. From everyday collision work to the occasional restoration or custom repair, you’ll be an important part of a team that values skill, teamwork, and customer trust. What You’ll Do

Perform quality auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, and finishing
Use hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, welding machines, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
Perform MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication to repair vehicle structures
Assist with auto painting and auto glass installation to deliver a clean, professional finish
Assess vehicle damage using estimating software and help explain repair plans clearly
Keep accurate repair documentation and maintain our shop’s quality standards
Assist with mechanical repairs, restorations, and assembly work when needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a professional auto body or dealership environment preferred
Hands-on experience with MIG welding, sheet metal work, and fabrication
Strong mechanical knowledge related to collision repair, refinishing, and vehicle maintenance
Comfortable and safe using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Familiarity with estimating systems and customer-focused communication
Experience with restorations or custom work is a plus
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
