The Opportunity
We are looking for a Landscape Project Manager to lead the execution of our projects from handoff through completion. This is a leadership role inside a collaborative, growing company where organization, communication, and pride in the work matter. You will work closely with the owner, office team, and subcontractors to keep projects moving, keep standards high, and keep the experience strong for both the client and the crew.

What You’ll Do

Manage landscape construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules
Communicate clearly with clients during active projects
Maintain quality, safety, and professionalism on every job
Work closely with the owner and office to keep projects organized
Help strengthen systems as the company continues to grow
Lead in the field with respect, accountability, and consistency

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience and fit
