Compensation

Pay Range: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, dependable Service Technician to join our growing electrical service team. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, communicating clearly with customers, and completing work to a high standard of quality and professionalism.

Our service technicians are trusted problem-solvers who represent our company in the field and are expected to work with integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to scheduled service calls for commercial and residential customers.

· Accurately diagnose electrical issues and determine root cause.

· Perform repairs, replacements, and corrective work in accordance with NEC and company standards.

· Clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps to customers.

· Properly document all work performed, including notes, photos, and materials used.

· Maintain professionalism at all job sites, including customer interaction and jobsite cleanliness.

· Follow company service procedures, safety policies, and communication protocols.

· Coordinate with service management when additional approvals or scope changes are required.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 3–5 years of electrical service experience (commercial preferred).

· Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

· Solid understanding of NEC and safe work practices.

· Ability to work independently and manage assigned calls efficiently.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

· Ability to use service software, mobile devices, and digital documentation.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

· Journeyman Level

· Experience with commercial service accounts.

· Experience with motors, controls, VFDs, or industrial equipment.

· Previous customer-facing service role.
