Moorefield Construction Inc has been in business for over 65 years performing commercial construction of large retail centers, theaters and entertainment complexes, casinos, hotels, and a variety of other commercial projects. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage projects in the Southern California area. The position will work in the Santa Ana office and travel to the jobsites for various meetings and to manage the progress of the construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of assigned commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through project closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors and owners to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Review and negotiate sub-contracts, manage change orders, and handle any disputes or issues that arise.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
Ensure all project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs, is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Manage project financials, including forecasting, billing, and tracking expenses to ensure projects remain profitable.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial/retail construction.
Proven experience managing projects from $10 million to $50 million.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting.
Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, MS Project, or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
