Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $180,000 (Performance-Based Bonus)

The Opportunity:

At 24/7 Services, we are intentionally growing our plumbing division — and we believe growth starts with our technicians.

We are hiring a Plumbing Growth Advisor to serve as a performance coach, mentor, advocate, and strategic growth leader for our plumbing team.

This is not a traditional sales manager role.
This is a leadership position designed to:

Support technicians
Encourage development
Strengthen customer relationships
Drive profitable growth
Build confidence and accountability

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000
Performance Bonus: Up to $180,000 total annual compensation

Bonuses are structured around increased gross margin performance within the plumbing department.

When technicians grow and the department grows profitably, you grow.

Core Focus of the Role:

1. Data-Driven Growth with Purpose (Approx. 75% of Time)

You will spend the majority of your time inside reporting — not to criticize, but to identify coaching opportunities and performance gaps.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing KPIs and technician scorecards
Analyzing sales reports and margin trends
Auditing previous-day invoices
Identifying missed opportunities for service and customer care
Tracking average ticket, conversion rates, and gross margin
Using ServiceTitan to extract actionable insights
Monitoring technician performance and identifying areas for improvement

You are not reacting.
You are proactively identifying where guidance, structure, or encouragement is needed.

Data is your tool.
Technician development is your mission.

2. Technician Coaching, Advocacy & Accountability:

Once patterns are identified, you will:

Work alongside our technicians as a trusted advisor
Conduct consistent one-on-one coaching sessions
Offer practical feedback and encouragement
Guide technicians in establishing strong customer relationships
Help them recommend the right products and services to meet customer needs
Reinforce process consistency and documentation standards
Clearly communicate sales criteria, expectations, and revenue goals
Hold the team accountable while maintaining morale
Follow up regularly to track improvement and celebrate wins

The goal is not pressure-based selling.
The goal is professional growth, confident communication, and thorough customer service — which naturally increases revenue and margin.

3. Cross-Department Collaboration:

You will:

Collaborate with other departments by integrating sales strategies that contribute to profitable outcomes across the organization
Work closely with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations
Support routing and scheduling strategies that set technicians up for success
Help align field performance with company-wide revenue objectives

You are a bridge between operations, dispatch, customer service, and field execution.

4. Customer Complaint Ownership & Rectification:

Take ownership of plumbing-related customer complaints
Investigate root causes
Protect technicians while ensuring accountability
Guide resolution conversations professionally
Use feedback as a coaching tool to prevent recurrence

You will advocate for technicians while safeguarding the customer experience.

Motivated, growth-oriented technicians
Strong collaboration between field, dispatch, and office teams
Clear upward trends in reporting dashboards

Required Experience:

5+ years of plumbing experience
5+ years as a service technician
5+ years of customer-facing experience
5+ years of managerial or leadership experience
Sales experience and understanding of option presentation
Strong analytical mindset
Experience using ServiceTitan (preferred but not required)

A plumbing license is not required for this role.
