Calhoun Management Corporation DBA Wendy's is seeking an experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service our restaurants in the Marietta/Canton, Georgia area.

Applicants must be experienced in HVAC, refrigeration, and restaurant equipment repair. Technicians troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment to ensure the proper repair and operation of all makes and models of equipment. Technicians also perform preventative maintenance on all types of commercial restaurant and HVAC equipment.

Experienced Restaurant Maintenance Technician: Two years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills:

Experience in equipment maintenance and/or repair is required.
Refrigeration – Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, Standup Freezers and Coolers
Commercial HVAC (Roof Top Units)
Ice Machines
Restaurant Cooking Equipment – Gas & Electric Fryers, Grills, Warmers, Prep Equipment
Applicant must possess a strong technical/electrical aptitude and be able to read and follow wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.
EPA Certified

Responsibilities:

Prioritize and respond to service calls from restaurants on Corrigo work order network.
Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC.
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, rooftop units, and ice makers.
Maintain company provided service vehicle with necessary inventory to service restaurants.
Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
Available for emergency calls.
Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and all company policies.
Follow established safety procedures and precautions when performing maintenance service.
Able to perform all physical tasks associated with the position.
Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
