Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience managing large residential and commercial construction projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Review plans, specifications, and project documents
Track project progress and ensure work meets quality and safety standards
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Monitor project costs and maintain project profitability
Attend and lead project meetings and job site visits
Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, and safety regulations
Work closely with estimators and leadership on project planning and execution

Qualifications

3–7+ years of project management experience in electrical or construction projects
Experience managing large residential and commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large residential developments, multi-family projects, or commercial buildings
Background as an electrician, field supervisor, or construction coordinator
Knowledge of electrical systems and NEC codes

Pay: $66,169.46 - $79,687.95 per year
